Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide services within school based settings in San Diego, CA. 

As an LCSW with TES, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations in a school based setting, lead social skills groups using assigned curriculum, provide support to learning advancement programs with behavior interventions, as well as provide guidance through crisis and help clients to address dysfunctional behaviors.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical documentation to meet all County, State and Federal documentation requirements

  • Reappraising original goals and objectives and adapt them to individual consumer needs

  • Designing and coordinating appropriate activities, materials, and methods for remediation to assist individual consumers. 

  • Evaluating consumer performance and indicate results and necessary revisions

Working Environment:

TES Therapy services are provided in clinic, school, or in-home settings.

Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:

  • Fully licensed as a Clinical Social Worker
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field

  • Experience with students with learning disabilities, behavioral problems, and emotional disorders

This position requires that employees use independent clinical judgment, well-developed communication skills, and be team and client focused.
