Position Title

Position Summary
Cross-channel sales position responsible for growing small-to-medium business wireless sales in 25-40 assigned branded channel stores. Demonstrated success in identifying business sales opportunities through engaging with new and existing customers walking in visiting our branded channel stores, as well as outbound prospecting activities including, but not limited to, cold calls, working referrals and door knocking around assigned stores. Channel Manager is the primary resource for approximately 300 store employees to work business leads from stores, through contacting the customer, creating business proposals and attending appointments to close business sales. Channel Manager is responsible for training, motivating and coaching store employees on how to sell and close business accounts. Responsible for scheduling and conducting in-store trainings on sales techniques including prospecting, account qualification, closing techniques and value-added selling. Responsible for sharing results and improving store performance through developing and sharing plans with retail leadership.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
• Three years sales and/or account management experience
