This position will assist in developing and administering strong, innovative e-Commerce and digital marketing campaigns that use the latest in data-driven decision making, SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Native ads, and online sales techniques. This position requires an experienced digital marketing and e-Commerce professional who understands site merchandising, content marketing, social media, link building, email marketing, analytics and performance reporting. The position reports directly to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce.


Assist VP of Digital and e-Commerce in the development of global e-commerce marketing initiatives to support key seasonal/yearly strategic programs

Leverage tactics such as search engine optimization, site content and other levers to further increase site visibility, promote an omni-channel customer experience in order to enhance the consumer’s connection with the brand and products
Help manage the products catalog – uploads, asset management, maintenance, ensuring accuracy, image quality, etc
Assist in the execution of the eCommerce and promotional calendar
Assist in the day to day of our digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, affiliate and display advertising campaigns
Contribute to cross-functional monthly reporting and/or ad-hoc report requests to communicate performance results
Help measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


Experience with web platform management, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Experience in coordinating SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or advertising campaign efforts.
Solid knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience with A/B Testing, usability studies, surveys, etc.
Some experience in website optimizing pages and sales funnels; as well as executing email marketing campaigns.
Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently but respond to manager input and direction.
Strong ethics and values which support the organization’s goals and foster the appropriate culture.
Working knowledge of ad serving environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns.
Analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Strong communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.
