Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a full time Test Engineer to support naval Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) test and evaluation in San Diego, CA.

LOCATION: Navy Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC-PAC), San Diego, CA

JOB STATUS: Full time

TRAVEL: Some travel may be required


SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligible for Secret clearance
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:Three years of experience working with mid-large USVs


  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
  • Active Secret security clearance.


  • Plan and execute at-sea test and evaluation of large unmanned surface vessels and associated payloads.
  • Develop test plans and test reports.


  • Experience testing and operating large unmanned surface vessels or large unmanned underwater vehicles.
  • Military or research vessel community experience.


At-sea testing may sometimes require up to 70-hour work weeks.
