Technical Designer - Architectural (Path to Licensure) for Architectural/Engineering firm in Los Angeles, CA. Duties are  leading architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for transportation  facilities including performing 3-D modeling, & rendering using Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, &  3DS Max; preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator;  leading coordination of engineering systems with engineers & consultants; developing schematic design & design  development drawings & models; developing construction documents; conducting materials & code research; and  assisting in construction administration.
