Sr. Account Executive
at Integra Telecom.
The Senior Account Executive will develop and drive account strategy, build strategic alliances, and manage existing relationships within Allstream’s strategic account base.
Manage and enhance existing customer relationships by offering targeted solutions to improve their businesses using a consultative sales approach.
Building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Meet regularly with the customers to receive feedback on Allstream’s performance and to discuss the customer’s business challenges
Maintain account plans for a select number of customers
Maximize revenue generation by creating and executing sales and service activity plans for the customers
Ensure our customers understand our solutions and are maximizing their use.
Prepare for customer interactions by collecting and consolidating background information on individuals and organizations.
Take part in sales activities including conferences, business case development, presentations, RFP processes, etc..
Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
Proven and effective sales skills in all elements of the sales cycle: prospecting, development, value delivery, closing, meeting commitments
A high desire to win
An ability to identify and meet with decision makers to close business efficiently
Highly developed selling, customer relations, negotiating skills
Has great degree of motivation and professionalism, high energy, ethics & excellent business judgment
Ability to deliver on growth and profitability
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Ability to manage deadlines and balance priorities
Must have 8 years of experience in B2B solution selling. Knowledge of telecom industry is a plus.
Demonstrated success managing both short and long-term selling cycles while effectively and consistently applying a multi-step selling process/methodology
Evidence of selling and effectively managing customer relationships
