This position is located in San Diego, CA

The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a CONFIDENTIAL level security clearance.
Position will be responsible for providing broad On-Site Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) support in the execution of LCS Planning Yard efforts.

The selected candidate MUST HAVE the following prior/current experience to be considered;
• Having a working knowledge of CDMD-OA, ATIS, Haystack,
• Using CDMD-OA to maintain configuration of ship’s equipment
• Performing sight validation of logistically significant equipment
• Processing Validation Aids (VALAIDs)
• Developing and submitting CDMD-OA work files
• Providing directed assistance to Navy activities including research and resolution of concerns related to Technical Documentation, Allowable Part Lists, Technical Drawings, Preventative Maintenance System (PMS), Spares, Support and Test Equipment, CASREP resolution, and training as required.

The following experience with one or more is HIGHLY DESIRED:
• CDMD-OA and NDE Trained
• Provided ILS support to Navy ships, preferably LCS Class
• Have a working knowledge of LCS ships and equipment
• Conducted maintenance/modernization support
• Interfaced with the following activities/people: PMS505 Hull Managers, LCSRON Hull Managers, Ship’s CO/XO, Ship’s 3M Coordinator, TYCOM, CDM, Naval Supporting Activities (NSA), Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC), Planning Activities (SURFMEPP) Executing Activities (EA), and In Service Engineering Agents (ISEA).



Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determines maintenance and repair materials required for deployment. Modifies maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.

Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines. Maximum lifting required is approximately 40 pounds from floor to three feet in height.
