As a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist for Penny Lane, you are helping to guide teens beyond destructive and disruptive behaviors. This valuable service provides guidance in both in-the-home or foster home, and while in residence at Penny Lane.

Penny Lane Centers is a non-profit organization offering an array of children's social services in Southern California in the areas of Adoption, Family Preservation, Foster Care, Mental Health, Residential Treatment Facilities, Transitional Services and Wraparound Services.

    Skills / Requirements

  • Clinic Master's degree with a minimum of six month full time equivalent experience working in a group home, hospital, SED classroom, day treatment, or other equivalent setting
    -or-
  • Two years college and three years of experience as described above
    -or-
  • High school diploma with four years experience as described above
    -or-
  • Has a DMH sponsored TBS certification for training and internship.

  • Must have caregiver background experience
