Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test and Integration Engineering Manager 2.
This management position will be responsible for the test and integration of the Global Hawk Ground Segment. Internal and external supplier products are to be tested and integrated into a deliverable product. The position will regularly interact with other IPTs to manage schedules and deliverables. Management activities include research and review of deliverable requirements, design and development of test and integration artifacts, analysis of hardware and software configuration and test and integration solutions, interaction with the customer, and the managing of schedules and budget. This position requires a strong grasp of best practices in Test and Integration at element and system level including requirements definition, material management, CM processes, system administration, EVMS cost accounting practices and an ability to work effectively within a large organization. Applicants are expected to have excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to create and deliver presentations to technical and managerial audiences. This position requires an understanding of the requirements and concept of operations of the Global Hawk Ground Segment as well as the role of the Ground Segment within the Global Hawk system. This includes interaction between stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. This position will also be expected to participate in future product test and integration including proposal work. Demonstrated ability to lead highly professional, educated engineers in meeting business related requirements.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field or high school diploma with increased years of experience.
Active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
10 years experience (with BS)working in the Test and Integration concentration.
Prefer Experience with Global Hawk Ground Segment.
Prefer Experience with Global Hawk Test and Integration.
Experience with schedules and planning including EVMS.
Must be able to effectively work with stakeholder and supplier IPTs

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Engineering.
10 + years of Test and Integration Engineering experience
Active Top Secret Clearance
