JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
~The Sunroad Housekeeper will be responsible for providing daily cleaning services for all aspects of the operation including cleanliness of offices, public areas, restrooms and other areas as needed.
~General housekeeping responsibilities include but are not limited to: sweeping, cleaning and polishing the floors, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles and maintaing the property in good condition.
~Responds to guest inquiries and requests as needed.
~Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
~Maintains all supplies and informs supervisor when additional products need to be ordered.
~Consistenly utilizes safe work practices.
~Reports lost articles and needed repairs to supervisor.
~Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by supervisor or department manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
~Previous experience cleaning public buildings is preferred but not required.
~Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work days, weekends and holidays.
~Evening and overnight shifts are not required.
~Must uphold highest ethical standards.
