Sr. Account Managers manage the relationship with our borrowers. As the main point of contact for our borrowers, you must be enthusiastic about representing loanDepot and providing exceptional customer service.

Skills / Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Processing residential loan files and working with customers, vendors and in-house operations from application to funding
  • 100 % Retail Production with over 90% of the pipeline that you‚ll work already locked (real deals)!
  • Quality Service with in-house Underwriting, Funding and Escrow
  • Ability to perform highly detailed work and multi-task.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and accomplish goals.

    Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years Processing experience in Retail Mortgage environment
  • Strong Working knowledge of current Conventional and/or FHA Guidelines
  • Ability to manage high volume pipeline with Multiple Loan Products
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Current VA processing experience a plus
