loanDepot, led by industry visionary Anthony Hsieh (formerly of E-Trade Mortgage and Lending Tree Loans) is once again expanding in Foothill Ranch, CA. With over 700 employees, loanDepot is one of the largest direct lenders in the country. We are looking for Top Producing Mortgage Bankers now! Each day our Senior Mortgage Bankers receive a large number of "warm transfers" and internet leads from clients in 49 states. Our Bankers build rapport, analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our client‚s goals. Bankers will lock the loan at point of sale, request initial documents from the client, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package to the Sales Assistants. From here, our experienced processors will take the loan to the finish line, thus allowing our Bankers to focus on new originations.


As a Senior Mortgage Banker at loanDepot, you‚ll be eligible for:b>

  • Average Senior Mortgage Bankers consistently earn in excess of $100,000 and our Top Bankers earn $250,000+.
  • 25+ high quality leads DAILY per Senior Mortgage Banker.

  • Exciting Company paid trips to Cabo San Lucas, Las Vegas and Hawaii.
  • Company paid licensing, continuing education, and annual state/NMLS renewals.
  • Direct Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lender; all loans are underwritten by our in-house staff.
  • Heavy ratio of processing to sales; allows our Bankers to focus on selling, not processing!

    Skills / Requirements

  • Two years mortgage experience.
  • Proven track record of success in Sales and/or Sales Management.
  • Strong phone sales skills; we conduct business in 49 states.
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • NMLS SAFE ACT
  • College Preferred, but not mandatory with proven mortgage experience.
