Jobing Description

This position will be responsible for acting as the marketing data lead on the enterprise Fresh Start initiative. They will be responsible for successfully integrating required data sources across the organization to support member-facing campaigns that are migrating with the business. They will be required to build and manage a team of analysts that will support our commercial health care clients. This team will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of member-facing campaigns, using our Unica Campaign application. The team will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, developing and reporting on key metrics and delivering actionable and impactful insights to stakeholders for consideration.

Skills / Requirements

- Bachelors Degree Preferred

- 3-5 years of database experience, including hands-on development/coding work, and systems/application maintenance

- 2-4 years of client/stakeholder interaction, including identifying business needs, communicating deliverables, executing campaigns and reports/analytics

- 2-4 years of campaign tool (or equivalent enterprise application) experience, preferably Unica

- 2-4 years of report building (or equivalent enterprise application) experience, preferably Cognos or Business Objects

- 1-3 years of relational and OLAP database experience; preferably including advanced SQL programming

- 1-3 years of Management experience is preferred, but not required

- 1-3 years of Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
