Jobing Description
An established, San Diego based B2B call center is expanding and seeking a few lively individuals with a good, strong phone voice and rejection handling abilities. The position pays a guaranteed base plus, commissions and bonuses and offers FULL BENEFITS including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance as well as paid Vacation/Holidays/Sick days and other perks. Excellent growth opportunities into management.
Work schedule is 40 hours per week 7:30am-3:30pm M-F, and you will always be out by 3:30pm to enjoy your afternoons! Weekends are never required.
Base pay is $280/week
With commissions an average sales rep will typically earn $14-$20/hr and top producers earn $25-$30/hr
once commissions are factored in.
