At the present time we are conducting a search for Inside Sales Representatives that have previous IT Hardware Sales Experience and / or Consumer Electronics sales experience.
These positions will be based in our City of Industry, California location.
Positions:
Inside Sales Representative that has at least two years of inside sales experience selling Distribution and / or Consumer Electronics and Information Technology hardware.
You will be involved with:
* Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
* Servicing the customer
* Quotation and closure on business
* Customer strategy and action planning
* Territory and account planning
* Support system configurations
Skills / Requirements
Successful candidates must have:
* Minimum 2 years sales experience (electronics sales preferred)
* Ability to build influential relationships
* Strong communication, negotiating and closing skills
* Identify, understand and analyze product sales applications, new product opportunities and innovative new sales ideas.
* Possess business skills and knowledge in dealing with decision makers.
* Applicants must have be extremely ambitious, energetic self-starters who have a proven track record prospecting and developing an account base.
* Candidates should be self-disciplined, a self-starter and possess above average written and oral communication, leadership, time management, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results.
* PC Skills (MS Outlook, Excel and Word).
* Supports key accounts by reviewing order status to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Good problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
* Must be PC literate in (MS Outlook, Excel and Word)
* Must be focused with good problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
* Must be able to work independent with little supervision
* Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in an office environment
* This position is considered Non-Exempt and will be required to clock in-clock out
