HIRING THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!

The Gallo Wine Company, a distributor of E&J Gallo Winery brands, is currently seeking entry-level Sales Representatives for immediate positions in the Southern California area.
As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the sales of all Gallo brands in an established territory of high-volume retail stores.
In this demanding and challenging assignment, you will learn skills in territory management, selling, merchandising, and servicing.

For highly ambitious candidates, this is the first of many assignments designed to prepare and develop potential sales and marketing managers. We seek to promote hard working, successful people to responsible positions as quickly as possible. We strictly promote from within.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluating account trends, Gallo, as well as competition.
2. Excellent knowledge of product, promotional, and merchandising programs.
3. Gain and maintain authorized distribution of product in every account.
4. Merchandising product in order to stimulate impulse sales by effectively using
P.O.S., cold box and shelf management, cross merchandising, and mass display
merchandising.
5. Maintaining accurate reports, keeping iPaq information current, adhering to Gallo Sales Company policies and procedures.
6. Projecting a professional appearance while being resourceful, friendly and persistent. Providing continuous and conscientious service for each account (Selling, Servicing, and Merchandising).
7. Willing to work extended hours.
