Jobing Description

Our Sales people/Residential Outreach Specialist will be responsible for outreach and marketing of the energy efficiency program, Which is an income qualifed energy conservation program. The program consists of personalized energy conservation education and installation of weatherization measures to households in targeted areas.

Follow up on leads through various sources in order to market program
*Door to Door Canvassing in targeted areas

Meet with Customers to explain the program and sell them on the benefits of Participation in the program.

Skills / Requirements

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable vehicle for travel
Must have minimum level insurance on vehicle
Must have valid California Drivers license in good standing
Preferred sales, customer service or teaching experience
Excellent Communication skill
Bilingual capability a plus(various Languages)
Familliarity with San Diego County
Willing to Venture into a variety of communities
May involve extended periods of time walking and or driving.
