Jobing Description

Care Essentials Home Health of the Inland Empire is looking for energetic, dependable and ethical RN's who seek flexibility, 1:1 patient ratios, pediatric, adult, and/or geriatric patient populations, clinical challenges, competitive pay, and the desire to work with a supportive diverse nursing team.

Description of Responsibilities: Working in the home environment, you are responsible for the delivery of quality patient care according to the patient's individual physician orders.

Your care may involve:

  • Assessments
  • Medication Administration
  • Administering prescribed treatments and therapies
  • Care Planning
  • Communication with other members of the patient's multi-disciplinary team
  • Supply Management
  • Emergency Management
  • Coordination of Care
  • Health Promotion
  • Teaching and Training Family Members

    Skills / Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Maintains Current Licensure and/or certifications
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
  • Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
  • Ability to speak, read, write and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Adheres to the company's Standards of Business Conduct
  • Must possess a valid California driver's license and clear driving record
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
  • OASIS experience is preferred
