We are looking for an experienced receptionist to represent the organization in various support functions to include the following:
- Answering phones, transferring calls or taking accurate messages
- Create and manage files
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Light document control
- Maintaining calendars for management
- Various other support functions and special projects as assigned
Skills / Requirements
High Diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
