Primary Responsibilities:

Positions in this function are responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the Claims job family:

• Conducts audits and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes and performance


• Analyzes and investigates


• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• 3+ years of team lead experience in a healthcare environment with 10+ members on their team


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required


• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint required

Assets:

• Claims experience preferred


• A quality/audit background desired


• Bachelor's Degree preferred
