ACOM Solutions, Inc. is the leading provider of Document Management, Payment Management, and Enterprise Content Management solutions to the iSeries and Windows/network markets. We are a 26 year old, privately held company that is growing, profitable and very financially strong, with offices in Long Beach, CA and Duluth (Atlanta), GA. Due to an expansion of our product offering, we are looking for an experienced Help Desk Representative with a proven track record. Job Location: Duluth, GA
Job Description:
* In a help desk environment, provide technical support via phone and email to our 2500+ clients who use ACOM's proprietary software products and applications.
* Investigate and resolve client inquiries by collecting descriptive information via phone and/or email.
* Perform software related problem definition, data gathering, prioritization, analysis, re-creation for resolution. Utilize skills and training, as well as internal documentation, in resolving technical software issues or reproducing problem reports.
* Take ownership for resolving client support issues from incident logging through management of escalation and/or resolution.
Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum :
* 5 (+) Years iSeries experience,
* 5 (+) Years Document Management experience,
* 5 (+) Years SQL Database experience,
* 5 (+) Years Help Desk Environment.
* Basic Networking experience
Skills:
* Aptitude for comprehending basic analytical aspects of various software products and applications
* Ability to discuss technical information in a clear and concise manner with non-technical people
* Team player
* Previous customer service experience
* Ideal candidate must be able to multi-task efficiently while providing great customer service with a smile
