Job Summary
Purchases materials for the hotel. Manages levels of supplies. Works with approved vendors to purchase needed materials. Establishes par levels of supplies need by hotel. Purchases maintenance and repair supplies for hotel. Follows approved standards and procedures in buying supplies. Researches prices and supplies of non-mandated items. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Skills / Requirements
Must have a minimum of one year hotel experience is required. Previous receiving/purchasing experience is highly preferred.
