Nationally-recognized San Diego research firm that offers subscribing Architectural, Engineering and Construction firms advance information for bidding on public-sector projects, seeks a Researcher to be responsible for identifying and monitoring construction project details and news in an assigned region.

Primary duties include:

Using the phone to research leads for assigned region and collect/verify project information that is relevant to subscriber base; updating database with information collected; writing valid advance notices in a publishable format using information gathered from assigned region; tracking and updating information presented in existing advance notices as needed; monitoring existing advance notices and publishing contract information when the projects have been awarded; meeting established quotas, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of work as required.

Skills / Requirements

A high school diploma is required. Ideal candidates will have experience in positions using critical thinking, verbal communication, time management, and writing skills of a high caliber to get the job done.

Candidates for this position should expect to engage in heavy phone use.
