Full-Time or Per Diem position as an Physical Therapist Assistant - Rehab (PTA) available

Plott Health Care provides support services to multiple long-term care facilities throughout the Inland Empire, including Ontario, San Bernardino and Riverside areas. Our company is a stable, well established health care provider.

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides Physical Therapy services under supervision of the Physical Therapist to patients within the regulations and scope of practice as determined by the Physical Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California.

Responsibilities include:

Provision of Physical Therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. Providing treatment, intervention and education services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and related documentation and communication with patients, family and other team members.

Skills / Requirements

PTA Licensure by California Board of Physical Therapy

Valid CA Driver's License and clear driving record required

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility a plus
