We have an opening for a PT. Cashier/Keyholder

Skills / Requirements

Store Hours are for 9:00 am to 9:30 pm. Store prep and meetings take place from 8:00-9:00 am or from 9:00-9:30 pm. Variable hours are required and candidates must be able to work any day of the week and holidays.

Experience;
Retail Sales Experience and/or Direct Person to Person Customer Service Experience preferred.

Skills Include:
Basic computer skills in MS Office environment and the ability to integrate product knowledge while developing and building sales skills required.

Essential Job Functions:
Provide exceptional customer service as a result of listening to customer needs and providing suggestions based on those needs;

Prepare Store to accommodate sales, including sizing racks, maintaining stock to ensure all sizes and styles are available, maintain inventory and assist in loss prevention;

Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with the public, customers, and coworkers, including excellent communications with other SmartScrubs' stores, all in the quest to serve customers and meet or exceed their expectations;

Consistently provide accurate: money transactions, transfers, shipping or accessing inventory information using SmartScrubs' Systems;

Increase basic sales skills to include up-selling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling while providing value-added service;

Be proactive, show initiative in making store appearance a showcase for the great quality of our products.
