Job Description

The Project Manager will manage New Product Development and Technology Development projects in accordance with the Phase-Gate development process. Projects include the design and development of irrigation, lighting and control products, as well as any future product category. Responsibilities include coordinating the efforts of functional leads from marketing, design, sustaining, tooling, manufacturing, automation, molding, quality, and test to insure that the targets for performance, quality, schedule, and cost are met. Qualified candidates will have experience creating and managing schedules using MS Project or similar software tools, a bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a minimum of seven years experience in engineering design and/or project management. PMP Certification is preferred.
