Description

Responsible for supervising a professional-level staff that delivers direct services to clients with overall responsibility for meeting contractual requirements. This position is defined by a combination of the size of the budget (typically over $500,000. per year), the number and level of staff and the complexity or impact of the program responsibilities.

Requirements: LCSW or MFT required, two to four years of previous management or supervisory responsibility (experience can be in any field - field of mental health preferred), must have 2 years post license experience in order to supervisor interns (this is a requirement - please do not apply if you are newly licensed.), ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and experience with DMH required.
