Required Skills: " 7+ years of IT industry experience
" 5+ years of current experience selling and delivering IT consulting services into the Healthcare industry
" 5+ years of current experience delivering IT services engagements focused around technology transformation, optimization, architecture and systems/ application redesign,etc. in the healthcare industry
" 5+ years of current business development experience, up-selling and cross-selling customers as well as working with the sales team to help close new business within the healthcare industry
" Project Management experience leading engagements into the healthcare industry
" Experience working for a professional services organization consulting into the healthcare vertical
" Ability to travel to customer sites as needed (primarily west coast)

Plus-Skills: " Experience delivering engagements into Kaiser Permanente is a plus

Duties: The selected candidate will be responsible for both the business development and delivery of IT services into the Healthcare industry. They will establish themselves as the IT Subject Matter Expert for the healthcare industry and should be a trusted advisor to customers. This person should be coming out of a top tier or boutique professional services organization that focuses on delivering IT services and solutions into the healthcare vertical. They should have experience delivering engagements while looking for opportunities to up-sell, cross sell and create new business development opportunities with existing and new customers. This person will work closely with the sales team as well as with the delivery teams. They will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction and should have a broad technical knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, applications integrations, and IT systems integration and development as it pertains to the healthcare vertical.

Compensation: to 185K base DOE + bonus (20-40% on target with uncapped potential)
Total package target to the 230-260K range+/-

Location: CA

Salary: $150k to $185k + bonuses
