We are fortunate and proud to continue that tradition of service; today Graybill is the largest primary care medical group in the area. Our capacity to provide for our patients through the full range of care continues as we look to fill a Physical Therapy Assistant opening.
Administers medically prescribed, age-appropriate physical therapy treatment programs as determined by an evaluation performed by a Physical Therapist. Follows Graybill Medical Group's rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards addressed in the Compliance Program. Hours are M, W, F 7am-5pm and 4 hours on Saturdays.
Skills / Requirements
*Physical Therapy Assistant licensed in CA
* CPR certification
* Prefers 3 years working in orthopedics, geriatrics and some pediatrics
* Physical requirements include the ability to lift/carry 25 lbs or more, prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking, lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers of patients, intermittent exertion when performing treatments, considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
