Mount Miguel Covenant Village (Spring Valley, California), part of a nation wide family of CCAC accredited CCRC's: Covenant Retirement Communities, 5th largest AAHSA Ziegler Top 100, is seeking an experienced Janitor to join our team.
This person will be responsible for providing floor maintenance and janitorial duties in the Village. This position is full-time, generally working from 4:00pm-12:30am, Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. This position requires at least an eighth grade education and a minimum of six months experience.
2. The individual must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff. The position must be able to read and write English well in order to maintain records.
3. This position requires a neat and clean appearance, a courteous manner, ability to work with other staff members and the willingness to follow instructions of the supervisor.
4. The position requires knowledge of cleaning chemicals and applications.
