Jobing Description
Location: California-El Segundo
Responsible for horizontal and vertical integration, risk and opportunity, change management and program stand up for advanced programs. Ensure compliance to NGC sectorpolicy and procedures. Manage engineering change boards. Provide direction and oversight for proposals . Lead technology indsertion efforts. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical content of assigned statement of work. Direct a staff of managers and engineers to achieve program objectives.Work with the Chief engineer and Program manager to establish the program baseline and its work distribution. Identify and implement opportunities to meet program affordability objectives. Identify and mitigate all risks for the program.Establish and host customer and supplier interface meetings. Customer point of contact for specific SOW.
Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
14+ years of successful project and program management experience. Ability to lead diverse organizations to accomplish aggressive technical objectives successfully within cost and schedule. Comprehensive utilization of EVMS, project management and engineering technical tools. Required to manage indirect, direct and NCTA projects. Responsible for specific growth goals for the organization. Will act as a primary representative to internal and external customers as well as senior leadership within the corporation.BS in a technical discipline with an MBA preferred. Current Top Secret clearance required.
