Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systemsis looking for a highly skilled, experienced security professional to be part of a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will provide Security leadership and administrative oversight for a highly complex and multi-tiered Special Access Program (SAP). Individual will ensure the program maintains compliance with regulations and strives for excellence in executing program activities to establish and improve customer focus initiatives and satisfaction. Oversees the activities and priorities of the security program and supports the program manager and program personnel. Candidate is responsible for establishing security processes and procedures that satisfy quality, schedule, overall performance and financial parameters according to both company and customer expectations. Specifically responsible for providing support to a SAP, to include OPSEC, Classification Management, Security Awareness, COMSEC, conducts security reviews of technical papers, Classified Contract Administration, and Classified Material Control Services. Provide direction to support team members to ensure optimal development and execution of security processes.

Skills / Requirements

Basic Qualifications: A minimum of a BS/BA (or equivalent)and 10 years experience directly related with SAP or SCI Security. Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), NISPOMSUP and NISPOMSUP Overprint, as well as the Joint Air Force, Army, and Navy (JAFAN) 6/4 and 6/9 and DCID series. Candidate shall possess strong computer skills using common programs and tools such as MS Office, etc.
