The GSC Manager, Supplier Quality Programs reports to the GSC Director Supplier Quality, manages the Supplier Quality Program Lead personnel and is responsible for ensuring Supplier Quality SOW is successfully executed across all NGAS programs. This includes planning, budgeting, staffing and executing all program-direct program and field supplier quality engineering tasks in addition to developing and improving Quality Program Lead personnel, infrastructure and processes such as the critical supplier management process. This position plays critical roles in establishing the new GSC program-based delivery model, implementing Supplier Quality as a direct charge function, evolving the Supplier Quality organization model and construct, communicating and implementing Supplier Quality defect and cost reduction initiatives and serves as the primary GSC program management team interface.
Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated familiarity with Supplier Quality staff, processes, infrastructure, the Supplier Quality Program Lead role and the broad spectrum of Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systemsprograms and program leadership. Experience running a functional organization, running an organization in a direct charge environment and leading and implementing change. Basic qualifications include a BS in Engineering (or equivalent)with at least 20 years experience. US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications: SSBI and DoD Secret clearances are preferred.
