5.11 is currently seeking a Merchandising Operations Coordinator to join our fabulous Operations Division! This position is responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data for all 5.11 merchandise. This individual will be responsible for tracking and presenting all information to various departments. This candidate must have a sense of urgency, be very detail oriented, possess superior organizational skills, be proactive and have a desire to learn and grow within 5.11.

In order to be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

? Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school preferred or two + years experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Exceptional communication skills, verbally and written; Ability to collaborate with other team members and various departments to manage projects and prioritize accordingly.

? Strong analytical skills

? Ability to work independently and proactively to develop solutions with minimal guidance.

? Exposure to apparel or similar industry preferred.

? Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required, will be using Excel and PowerPoint often to compile and present data.
