Seeking a Materials Scheduler-Planner in Torrance!!!

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of materials through the production schedules.
• May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering.
• May direct and lead the work of others.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Skills / Requirements

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

Requires a high school diploma with at least 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

• MUST have Supply Chain background/experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP is nice to have, but not required!

This is an opportunity for contract-to-hire for contractor based upon performance, attendance/dependability and business needs of client.
