Jobing Description
Location: California-San Diego
Supports a team-based global supply chain organization. Assists with internal and external audits (including CPSR and CRAG reviews) and monitors status of required corrective action plansinvolving the purchasing system. Interprets and applies federal contract regulations and prime contracts as they impact subcontract terms and conditions and sector policies and procedures. Interacts with customers with respect to problem resolution and process improvements. Recommends necessary revisions to command media and designs and develops buyer training as required.
Skills / Requirements
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceplus a minimum of 6 years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) andProficiency with MS Office desired.
