Jobing Description

Marketing Manager sought for shopping center developer/manager for multiple California locations with home base primiarly located in Buena Park, CA.

With the supervision of the Marketing Director, duties and responsibilities include:

Assist in implementation of center marketing and public relations campaigns; management of retailer communications programs.

Assist in the implementation and execution of annual marketing plans for multiple properties.

Assist in management of marketing budgets and monthly reforecast.

Assist in organizing and maintaining merchant relations including:
* lease-required advertising program
* in-store and gift-with-purchase promotional programs
* aiding merchants with individual marketing efforts
* public relations efforts
* event coordination

Assist in the design and planning of marketing meetings for the Vestar CA restaurants and retailers and lease required advertising program merchants.

Assist in oversight of gift card programs.

Oversee the various CA center?s interactive marketing efforts including supervision of web site design, maintenance, e-mail database and promotional emails.

Assist in the creation and management of the CA center?s annual event schedules and coordination of public relations efforts.

Assist in the implementation and oversight of quarterly philanthropic events at the CA centers.

Assist in creating and maintaining relationships with local constituents including nearby schools, businesses, community groups, nearby homeowner?s associations and other venues.

Assist in managing multiple vendors and to meeting frequent deadlines to complete successful annual marketing campaigns.

Skills / Requirements

Must have previous solid retail shopping center marketing experience.
Must have solid writing and communication skills.
Must possess a high degree of professionalism.
Must have a strong ability to multi-task.
