In this position the ideal individual will manage all US Payroll function and payroll staff, including mentoring, goal setting, training and completing performance reviews. Responsible for all processes related to full cycle payroll, including payroll taxes, relocations, expats, etc. Works closely with cross functional areas including HR, Benefits, Staffing, Stock Administration, IT and all levels of management. Assist the staff and others with complex payroll related issues. The individual will manage Payroll Accounting, including all journal entries, accruals and payroll general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring all are completed accurately and timely. Responsible for all aspects related to the yearend payroll processes payroll validation, W2s, W2cs, 401k true-up, etc. Expense Reimbursements (ER); manage US Concur updates/changes. Support the Shared Service Center (SSC) staff as necessary in relation to ER processing. Ensures all payroll and expense reimbursement system functionality is aligned with business requirements, document policies, procedures and internal controls, ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley/Section 404, and manage internal and external audits. Responsible for implementing continuous improvements throughout the Payroll department, including systems implementations related to Payroll and Expense Reimbursements. Assist upper management in special projects as assigned.

This position requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of related experience and 2 or more years of direct management experience. The individual must have ADP (Pay Force) experience and SAP Finance knowledge. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Strong management skills including effective time management, communications, problem resolution, decision making, presentation, human relations, organization, and delegation. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
