Monarch HealthCare is currently searching for a highly polished leader to join our Application Support team within our Electronic Health Records department as our new Manager, EHR Application Support. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing ongoing customer relations and support of existing physician offices, ensure a smooth customer transition from implementation to support and maintenance. The Manager, EHR Application Support will also be responsible for the design and execution of support and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and provide daily guidance to Electronic Health Records Application Support staff
* Work in collaboration with other project team analysts, implementation specialists and project manager to identify system configuration options and constraints, help design workflow enhancements within those guidelines
* Configure and test the application to validate that the system will perform as intended prior to go live
* Create and maintain various functional and configuration documentation
* Maintain, extend and share knowledge of NextGen solutions that impact both provider offices and the department
* Ensure optimal on-boarding of existing physician offices to the Monarch support structure and processes
* Manage and inspire staff to develop professionally and attain Monarch goals and objectives

Skills / Requirements

* 4 year degree from an accredited college or university along with 5 years systems support or customer service experience in a systems/software environment. NextGen experience strongly desired
* Stellar understanding of health care, health care reform and how that impacts providers, independent physicians associations and reimbursement
* Strong customer service focus
* Able to effectively lead a team of employees
* Detailed product knowledge (NextGen) in order to effectively support the customer
* Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; able to meet complete multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio
