Jobing Description
- Responsible for developing and executing campaigns and marketingn programs targeted to the Consumer Seller segments that result in acquiring, retaining, and reactivating consumer sellers,
- Improving their selling experience and delivering on the eBay strategy (value, selection, trust). Includes responsibility for marketing metrics: new seller acquisition, seller acquisition and lapsed seller reactivation.
- Identify campaign strategies and plans, manage and execute marketing campaigns supporting C2C goals while on brand for eBay
- Define campaign objectives, metrics for success
- Partners and executes campaigns with internal marketing teams that own these channels: Including Relationship Marketing email and onsite, Display Advertising, Paid Search.
- Partners and executes PR campaigns with PR
Ability to define and integrate customer research and insights into marketing strategies and campaigns.
Direct marketing or internet marketing experience is required; at least half of the total years experience out of 5 plus years experience total including strong target audience definition. Agency management experience is required.
Proven track record of campaign development and execution with measured results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and able to balance strategy with tactical execution.
Database marketing experience a plus but not reuqired.
