Requirements:
What do you need to become an AGLA Sales Representative?
Good communication skills / excellent listening skills, (Tagalog, Chinese and Vietnamese speakers welcome).
Strong time management, organization and computer skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Ability to obtain or currently possess an active Life/Health license.
Positive outlook, self motivation and self discipline.
Outgoing personality with ability to build new relationships with a healthy network of contacts.
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Valid state drivers license with reliable insured transportation.
