Lead and provide design, development and support for StubHub's Contact Center CRM applications including Siebel and CCA.
- Architect complex systems across the appropriate engineering environments to meet business requirements
- Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced developers
- Siebel 8.1 Call Center
- Siebel eScript
- Experience with EIM
- Experience with building EBC's and VBC's
- Oracle CCA (Contact Center Anywhere)
- Strong SQL Skills
- Experience in building web services
- Experience in creating Siebel Workflows
