Our client is a fast-growing contract manufacturing company located in the Bay Area.
They are looking for someone who could support the Sr Buyers and Purchasing Manager by expediting past due items, return of discrepant materials and updating their ERP systems and various databases. Great opportunity for growth!

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day purchasing activities
  • Communicate with suppliers on past due purchase orders, return of discrepant materials, etc.
  • Review, take action and update data related to Purchasing in Vantage ERP System
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience with ERP database preferred
  • Time management/project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations and meet factory time sensitive deadlines.
