Senior Engineering Manager

Primer Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for its San Francisco, California office.

Job Duties: Responsible for building and leading a team delivering world-class machine learning to customers. Foster trust amongst diverse multi-disciplinary engineers. Bring in new members, helping them understand organizational context and guiding them to successfully build software products our customers love. Ensure that the team follows best engineering practices, rigorous data science. Help keep the performance of the algorithms and machine learning models that power our product are state of the art and improving continuously. Through leading cross-departmental collaboration, ensure that the company is utilizing the latest advances in the field of artificial intelligence.

Education Requirement: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience in each of the following:

" Leading and facilitating system architecture reviews

" Planning and executing full-stack software development

" Leading client engagements within the government sector

" Developing, training, and deploying machine learning models

" Building natural language processing (NLP) systems with capabilities such as event and topic detection, relation extraction, summarization, entity recognition, and document classification

$235,000 - $265,650
