Job Description

The IT Process Manager (Replenishment & Allocations) will be a key senior team member that will be responsible for the roadmap plans, high-level requirements, and process analysis within the IT Business Process Enablement Team (BPE) supporting Allocations, Buying, Store Operations and other departments responsible for the flow of products. This individual will have strategic & working knowledge of the processes and activities that are critical to supporting supply chain execution and planning including allocation, replenishment (store & DC), store order management, new item introduction, forecasting and price optimization. The Process Manager will work closely with the leadership team to define and deliver the short and long range plans associated with the product supply chain. In addition the process manager will lead the development and production of other project related documentation including roadmap timelines, benefits rationalization, charter level requirements and high-level process design.

Required Skills

The Process Manager will use the following techniques and tools to ensure completion of all the analyst deliverables within schedule, budget and quality constraints:

* Use proven requirements gathering techniques that enable the identification of accurate and well defined business requirements.
* Drive the IT Strategic goal alignment process and develop strong business cases, cost benefit analysis, and initial project funding estimates in partnership with the business sponsors
* Be able to capture unique, detailed, and complex high-level requirements in written form using existing Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and PEM (Process Enablement Management) methodologies.
* Be able to effectively use MS Office products (Visio, Word, PowerPoint) to develop and communicate strategic themes, longer-term plans and critical business issues and dependencies
* Partner effectively with the executive team and department lead to define the short and long-term process and application requirements critical to supporting our company strategy.
* Develop program level objectives and requirements that will be used to guide and provide scope parameters for the development of process flows, screen layouts, report formats along with the supporting business logic required to implement the business requirements
* Apply the Process Enablement Methodology in conjunction with the Systems Development Methodology to the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into process improvements and system specifications. This would include the following deliverables:
* IT Strategy Goal Alignment Reviews
* Departmental IT Roadmaps
* Benefits Rationalization
* Program and charter-level Requirements
* High-level Process Flows
* RFI & RFP documents to support vendor reviews

* Facilitate senior level discussions targeted at aligning company and department strategy and objectives with the systems roadmap and near-term goals

Required Experience

* 10+ years Information Technology experience with demonstrated process enablement and business design experience and 7+ years retail operations experience
* Package experience with allocation, replenishment, forecasting and supply chain planning and optimization solutions (SAP, JDA, SAS etc.).
* Direct allocation and replenishment operational/business experience is a significant plus.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment
* Familiarity with process analysis tools/methodologies such as Six Sigma and/or requirement gathering tools are a plus.

* Highly motivated, strategic thinker who can work with minimal supervision.
* BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related degree.
* Detailed understanding of Merchandise Management (Pricing, Inventory, Order, Purchasing), Distribution Operations and Store Operations is important
* Demonstrated ability participating in and delivering multi-million dollar projects.
* Goal oriented, action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined.
* Demonstrated understanding of the systems development life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
* Strong understanding of Organizational Change Management concepts
* Ability to balance large programs simultaneously.
* Superb problem solving and organizational skills.
* Expertise with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
