We are currently looking for a Inventory Control/Production Control Team Lead Person with the right stuff to grow as we grow.

Min. 2yr Inventory Control/Production Control experience with verifiable leadership experience.

Full Time position with a
Pay Rate of $19.23 per hour

Skills/ Requirements:
AA or BA degree in Accounting, Logistics, Information Technology, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering

Plan, schedule, coordinate production jobs for manufacturing

Compile, review, and report on piecework operations.

Assist with payroll calculations for piecework, downtime, indirect labor, etc.

Maintain documentation on downtime.

Provide assistance with raw material purchasing and sourcing; review new suppliers, maintain material safety data sheets.

Participate in daily/weekly/ monthly inventory and cycle counting processes, research discrepancies and shortages.

Print and distribute inventory tags so all sub-assemblies can be tracked to final product, including lot number tracking for controlled materials.

Evaluate and improve manufacturing process flow, machine capacity, process daily batch operations.

Make recommendations for improved productivity and workflow.

Develop, write, and update policies and procedures to ensure daily functions and operations are accomplished efficiently and effectively and that jobs are performed according to proper and technical guidelines.

Maintain expertise on OSAS computer software program and provide guidance and assistance with problem resolution.

Implement requests for change and updates to programs and services to ensure the best possible service.

Manage the computer system components including storing cartridges, diskettes, and manuals, schedule maintenance for hardware.

Ensure proper disaster recovery planning.

Prepare and maintain bills of materials.

Responsible for accuracy and proper documentation.

As requested, prepare and distribute various management reports, provide information for forms, reports, and documents.

Facilitate a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety and security practices and procedures.

Participate in safety committee.

Assist with good housekeeping and an organized work environment.

Support company guidelines and code of ethics at all times.

Strong capability with resource planning systems software and technology

Important Notes

Must have AA or BA degree in Accounting, Logistics, Information Technology, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering or substantial experience with inventory control/production control in a manufacturing environment. Also, strong technology skills
