Base Salary, Plus Commission

We are a high-energy, rapidly expanding, distributor of concrete accessories and waterproofing material located in San Diego. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who has a strong background in concrete accessories and waterproofing with the ability to provide the right product for the right job. . You will accomplish this by not saying ‘no‚ but ‘yes I can, when and how much do you need?‚

As our ideal candidate for the role, you will:
* Have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills, professionalism and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a natural aptitude for positive relationship-building.
* Be results oriented, prompt to respond to customers and driven to succeed.
* Maintain a steady focus on your objectives and overcome objections.
* Be an effective problem solver who searches for information and seeks to understand underlying issues.
* Be able to build effective networks and to prospect for new business.
* Be self-confident, highly organized and have good planning skills.
* Self-starter with a highly refined work ethic who is able to work on his/her own.
* Excellent written & verbal skills in a professional environment.

Required Skills:
* 5 plus years experience with construction sales and business development.
* Position requires 100% new business development and cold calling businesses.
* Comfortable conducting: face-to-face sales presentations, telephone sales, and conference call presentations.
* Pre-Employment Screening (drug screen and criminal background check) required.

Location: San Diego
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
