Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System, a progressive, integrated network of healthcare programs, services and facilities centered around a 269-bed acute care hospital, has an exceptional opportunity for a Human Resources Manager.

Under the direction of the Sr. Administrative Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department with a primary focus on employee relations, compensation analysis and the administration of policies/procedures. In addition, you will assist the Sr. Administrative Director with special projects and the enhancement of human resources systems.

The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, 5 years of experience in Human Resources, proficiency with Word and Excel, and excellent leadership, prioritization, communication and interpersonal skills. Labor relations experience and PHR/SPHR preferred.
