Presently WIS International is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Supervisor to join our company!

Reporting to the USA HQ Human Resources Manager and working closely with the HRIS and IT functions this position will focus on assisting in the data migration, design, development, and full integration of an HRIS system and responsible for other HRIS report writing functions.


JOB DUTIES:
* Assist with the data migration and ongoing data maintenance to our HRIS system (UltiPro).
* This individual will design, develop, implement, maintain and update the HR computer systems/programs/reports through use of a report writing tool or programming requests.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with our dynamic team
* Evaluate HR processes and recommend automated solutions to improve efficiency.
* Responsible to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.
* This role, being multi-faceted encompasses excellent data analyst experience with importing and exporting between databases (UltiPro, ADP, AS400, and WISCAMS/WISE) as well writing scripts to facilitate these actions.
* Responsible for supervision of direct reports.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A Bachelor‚s degree or equivalent preferably in computer science/ information technology or other related technical curriculum

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of data analysis that focuses on the importing, exporting, and validating data functions from one SQL server database to another. Requires 5-7 years human resources experience, of which a minimum of two-four years should have been served in a senior, lead or supervisory capacity

Skills:
* Have had experience either as a lead or on a direct team dealing with large data system conversions.
* Preferred experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Suite of programming languages including Visual Basic, C#, ASP.Net and Transact-SQL
* Preferred knowledge of HRIS and PAYROLL systems [UltiPro, COGNOS BI, ADP, REPORTSMITH and/ or other report writing tools] and developing workflow systems to accompany the programs
* Experience with data system conversion projects; preferably medium to large scale projects
* Posses advanced knowledge of MS Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, data import/format)
* Have advanced knowledge of MS Access (database implementation, database import/export, report/queries implementation)
* In-depth understanding of databases and the various fields that make up a database i.e. alpha-numeric, packed decimal, etc. Experience with Client Access or similar application which integrates the AS/400 with the desktop environment.
* Basic understanding of SQL.
* Experience with RPG, Visual Basic Applications and macros extremely helpful. Some financial background/experience helpful.
