Jobing Description

Well known healthcare management company in Sorrento Valley seeks candidate to respond to provider inquiries and issues via telephone. Will assist providers, staff, and payors with questions regarding network participation requirements, contractual issues, and complaints. Forwards requests that require research on complex issues to appropriate party to achieve resolution. Captures provider change information, and handles necessary administrative duties to properly support, document and resolve provider inquries. Maintains confidentiality of provider files, network participation data, provider records/documents and all discussions relative to recruiting, contracting, and credentialing processes.
Requires MS Office proficiency and customer service experience. Managed care or health care experience highly desired.
